Andrew Dodge is an experienced governor trainer and consultant based in West London. He has been a school goveror since 1991 including chairing the governing bodies of infant, junior and secondary schools in the London Borough of Hounslow and is currently chair of governors at Chiswick Community School.
Andrew has led a wide range of governor training in many London Boroughs including sessions for new governors, staff governors, chairs and headteachers. He is a trained Governor Mark assessor and an independent member of the London Co-ordinators of Governor Services (LCOGS).
Andrew gave the keynote speech at Tower Hamlets 2011 Governors' Conference, Making Governance Focused, Manageable & Rewarding.
Andrew is also a professional composer and has worked for the BBC and many of the UK's major theatres. His music for schools and education includes BBC Education TV programmes, such as Numbertime and Watch, and UK children's theatres including the Polka Theatre in Wimbledon, the Unicorn Theatre and the Young Vic.
